Coastal Village

I am stuck in the coastal village having dropped down a hole in the hut. I have reached the stage where I have climbed a ladder above some razor grass, to my left is a gap under some rock which I can't
get through. Can you help me with my next move ?

Presuming that you are having Lara make her way around the cliffs above the huge lake, and that the ladder you are talking about is the one where you need to have Lara make a run/jump/grab over the razor grass, this is what you do: Climb to the top of the ladder, pull up on the ledge & grab the Large Medipack. Back off & catch the ledge to the right of the ladder and shimmy left. (You'll probably find there's a tribesman blowing poison darts at you, so it's a good idea to kill him, if you can, before mounting the ladder. By the way, provided you remember to kill the crocs first, it's worth going into the lake - you'll find the harpoon gun & no less than 3 caches of harpoons at various points on the lake floor (I'm not going to tell you where, you'll have to find them yourself)
