i cant stun the spider!

well after a few days of running and shooting-i just cant seem to have any affect whatsoever on this mutant spiderman with the death ray breath! i've hit'im with pistols,desert eagle's,rockets,grenades, spit balls, paperclips, dirt clods and just about everything i ken git muh hands on-but he just keeps on a comin'! http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/forums/eek.gif what is the real secret to bringin'im to his eight hairy knees?the prima guide claims you ken STUN the web-spinning beast...but i have'nt seen it!
is there anyone out there that has discovered
a trick to this creepie-crawlin' pest problem? if so- could ya let me in on it?

Heres what you must do!!! Shoot him with your Desert Eagle and you will see that he (after a while) falls down. Then after a few sec.s hes up again. Everytime he falls down you have to go an run to get one of the artifacts, he will get up you shoot he falls down you getta nother one. after you have all you can then kill him with anything, even your paperclips, and continue the level.

I'm not sure if you were talking about the end level so i might be wrong!!! but ne ways I hope this helps. Xanthe.
