Okay so should I get this? I have later versions, friends already told me what happens at the end, I played the demo so I would only play it for good gameplay. I assume the graphics for cutscenes are terrible. I know there are less controls available. So should I then

In short. Yes.
This games is still worth playing, even with sub-par graphics. The game play is solid enough that I still play it and I bought it when it was released.

In comparison to say Anniversary or Legend the graphics are not nearly as crispy or even passable, but the game itself is still SOLID.

I personally struggle a bit playing all the original TRs after playing Legend and Anniversary and getting so comfortable with Lara's fluid movements, but the game is great and since it's pretty cheap now, it wouldn't hurt to get it.

Of course you should. Every player everywhere should experience the first, original Tomb Raider.

my friend this is the first adventure of lara croft so that's reason enough to play it!!! :D

every good fan of tr should play them all... :p

Absolutely, the original is an outright classic, i know the graphics are dated but i still love em and the gameplay still holds its own.

ok this game doesnt have the best graphics and stuff but the storys great and sum of the traps like the midas 1 sooo...GET IT!!!!!!:D

Yes, get it immediatly. Everything about it is incredible, even the graphics. Not as advanced as Anniversary or Legend, but the levels are still beautiful IMO.

Umm, I guess so, it's an OK game. You can find it pretty cheap used on Amazon. So I would give it a try, very cheap.

Of course you should! :) It's an absolute classic it's atmosphere is second to none IMO. You can pick it up for next to nothing so whats stopping you?
