View Full Version : Guess what happened?

I was up in the mountain for snowboarding purpose and i fell and injured my arm. :(
Since I am a musician, I'm more or less relying on my arms and fingers. It happened on Friday, so I went to the doctor today. I found out I had a breach a bit above the right wristlet, causing me to wear plaster for at least a month. This means: no flute, no guitar, no PS2-games and Tomb Raider and no P.E. at school. In other words, I have nothing to do... :( :( :(

That's awful, FeLiX! I hope you get better soon!!!

a breach a bit above the right wristlet I have to say I have never quite heard of a fracture described this way before. Are you English?

LOL, no. It would be wrong to say that my arm is BROKEN, so i couldn't find any other word for it. BTW, it took me ten minutes to write the first post there, one arm...

Well, I hope the doc gave you a lot of painkillers, dear.

Get well soon!

Thanks! The doctor gave me to shots directly into the bogus-area, that hurt a bit. The two other doctors had to twist the bones back before the plastered it. Thanks to the tranquilizing, but painful shots, it wasn't that much painful. I'll take it easy on snowboarding now...
