View Full Version : A midi
Now, midis aren't everyone's cup of tea, but I'd still love to get some feedback on this one:

Any comments? Constructive criticism? It's supposed to be a special RPG boss battle, or something along those lines. Note that it's not done yet. Might also sound a bit wrong in a quicktime player. :)
EDIT:
Complete version (http://midishrine.com/midi/16509.mid)
Thats really well done. I think the first 14 seconds dont match well with the rest of the tune. But apart from that, really well made. :)
Sounds pretty good, and certainly brought up some good old memories.

That's the intro. It's supposed to be that way. If that's the only gripe, then yay! :D
I like it! You definitely gave it that RPG battle feel. The first thing that came to my mind was Final Fantasy. The instrument choice and construction are well-made, and I especially like the key changes. Can't wait to hear this when it's done!

Very nice! Is it going to be in a game you're making or something?
Here (http://midishrine.com/midi/16509.mid)'s the completed version. This one doesn't have the intro, as the intro and the rest have to be separated before it can be used. This, so that the intro only plays once and then the rest keeps repeating.
It's supposed to be for a game, yes, but not mine. Working on a matching evil character theme at the moment.
Sorry for the bump, but MP3 version (http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=201529)! =3
Oh, and here (http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=201519)'s a random theme-like thingy, also MP3. In the works.
(In case you don't notice, the download button is in the middle of the ads. I don't like that site.)
