When I replay Natla's mines on PS1 she has all her weapons with her at the start of the level.

Are you replaying after completing the game and then continuing (loading the existing file from your memory card) or replaying as a new game, michaeldt?

That's never happened to me, unless you use a cheat.

I have completed the whole game but when I play natlas mines again straight away she has all her weapons with her.

It is the reward you get for completing the game :)

There you go michaeldt! Woop Legend gave you the answer! If you replay TR1 from the same save file (as a continuation) you get max weapons on all levels.

If you wish to replay with the original level of difficulty, you must start a new game.
