DVD. Extra features, widescreen is my fav(most now come with a full or widescreen option so it doesn't matter) What's not to love?

I love Fullscreen but Widscreen does not matter if the bars are really small.

;) I'll take wide, because full chops off too much of the movie for me.

dvd for me as well, for many of the same reasons already listed, special features, more options, etc...plus, they are a bit more durable than vhs, I've worn out a few videos in my day, lol. But I will still buy vhs occasionally.

DVD for me - I never really collected videos. And then I got into DVD and now I'm amassing a huge collection.

Mind you, you can't beat video for that old fashioned analogue warmth... http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

DVD for me, I love the special features and bonuses + the subtitle menus :D It's also more convenient and you can skip back and forth through the scenes instead of having to fast forward or rewind through half the movie  Besides, with a DVD you don't need to rewind it to watch it again http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

Yeah everybody says that if it is fullscreen that you are missing some of the movie but I do not mind.

Another Thing That I like about Dvd's is that sometimes they have Music Videos With the extra Features.

-- LOVE the extra features, better overall quality, doens't take up as much space, easy to bring, you can turn off the subs if you like (I find subs very annoying - miss out on alot of stuff 'cuz your eyes just HAVE to look at them)...

The list goes on...

Oh, and if the player decides to eat it - at least there's nothing "holding it in" as with vhs - no more tangled tapes!
