I loved the 90's, and the beginning of the millenium. I was at that age where I enjoyed everything and had no problem with anything. Happy times

Good kid's shows. Pingu! Then again, every generation says that kid's shows aren't what they were back in their day. :ton:

I've lived through 80% of the '90s, but unfortunately I wasn't very old and I can't remember a great deal about them, and I certainly wasn't old enough to appreciate the fact that it was the '90s, and at 8 years old I didn't appreciate what a big reset of calenders the millenium was.

I sometimes miss the 1990s, the time when I was a Power Rangers fanatic and didn't have a care in the world, but then I remember that there are nice people who are currently in my life who weren't in the 1990s, I now like rock music and I'm now in love with wrestling, just to name a few things.

Lol, the 60's were pretty cool, and the 70's were good times also. The 80's, along with the 90's, were the best in my opinion. The 1930's and 40's were depressing and grim.

Yeah, i miss the 90's.....
The huge Sony-walkmans, the PSX games based on the block-system, huge stereos with flashing lights and cassettes with Madonna songs recorded from the radio.:o

Yeah, it's so amazing to think that I was around in the pre-computer age, before any type of video game whatsoever, and before color tv's were all over. I wouldn't trade being in on the beginnings of all of this technology for any other era. Although I would like to be alive when the first person sets foot on Mars!

the 90's were good to me though.

I dont miss alot of the stuff from the '90s...mainly just how my life was, especially in the late '90s and early 2000's...I had not a care in the world, just partied and had fun all the damn time.

Got to move off to a nice city and go to a nice University and just have the time of my life. Wish i had it back sometimes since life caught up to me and kicked my ass.

Now i really miss the 80's and the cartoons from then when i was a kid. Transformers, GI Joe, it was a good time.

Yes, I do miss the 90's a bit, although they were the years of my early childhood. The cartoons rocked (Two stupid dogs, Cow and Chicken, Sailor Moon and other anime, the cartoons on Foxkids), the huge consoles with SuperMario Brothers and Tetris and so on, having absolutely nothing to do all day...All play and no work. But I can't say much about music, since I hadn't developed any decent music taste back then.

I do. I miss some people I left behind in the 90's, but since I was 8 years old in 2000., I really don't have much things to remember. My life is just starting.

But people, yeah, I do miss people, friends I left in Belgrade in 1999. when I moved to Montenegro. I left after finishing 1st Grade in Primary School.

But, hey, since 2005. I am in my BELGRADE again and I love it and I am sooo happy.
I even go to same class in High School with a girl I went to 1st grade Primary School. So I can say I reunited with some people from the past.

But generally I miss nothing more than people I don't see anymore.

And I also miss being a child. I think it is easier when you are a child, only we don't see it until we are adults.

I remember when I first played Final Fantasy VII,Tomb Raider, and Resident Evil. My love for videogames started there..

I definitely miss the 90s. Watching Friends, and the X Files... not caring about anything except my 8th grade math test. Wishing I could be as cool (and rich) as Cher on Clueless... :D No bills, no worries. Those were good times.

The '90s...

Angst. Strife.

Dashed hopes and ended dreams.

September 6th, 1996 stands out in my mind - the day that Hurricane Fran hit the southeastern US. Although it was the event that marked the beginning of the end of a bad marriage. It didn't seem like it at the time but it was the start of something good.

December 21st, 1996 - homeless - but at least I had my Chevy pickup.

July 1997, got saved by grace - can't beat that.

March 29th, 1999 - homeless again - but at least I had my Chevy pickup.

In general a very painful period in my life.

No way - techno, dull clothes, the Gulf War, brain-dead pop (okay, we still got that)... no, I don't miss them much. What I do miss is my teenage years, high school friends, stuff like that, but they don't really have anything to do with the period.

Hmm. I had quite a lot of friends when I was a kid in the mid 90s... lost them all when we moved house, never made many new friends after that. >_>

Pogs, Sonic the Hedgehog being a new game, spending warm autumn evenings getting shouted down from conker trees by horrible neighbours, cap-rockets you'd climb onto the terrace garages to throw down on the tarmac, macaroni-cheese from packets, Saturday morning cartoons that never stopped being awsome, our first computer with a massive 1GB hard drive and The Magic Schoolbus games, the Crystal Maze, chasing our old cat under the kitchen units to pull her tail, this absolute cow of a childminder who'd cheat at Snap and send us to bed early... TBH I was too busy being a kid to remember much else. :D I remember writing "1994" in my school jotters every day, then always forgetting to write "1995" after the New Year. I still do that. :3

Techno, dull clothes, the gulf war you say? America is still fighting in a 'war' which I'm currently fighting in right now, needless to say this war is just to gain economical interest for America, aka oil. But anyway, I don't see why the 90's had dull clothes? And what do you mean brain-dead pop? The music back in the 90's was way better than most of the music we listen to today. And I don't understand by 'techno'.

After the '80s I lost track. I think I spent the whole '90s listening to classic rock.

Oh yeah and I'm sure the "brain-dead" pop can't beat the wonderful hip hop we listen to today:

"**** DAT **** NIGG A YO YO I RIDE IN MY HOT NEW PIMPED OUT CAR I DO DRIVE BY SHOOTINGZ

YO YO YO I'M A GANGSTA YO YO YO **** THAT ****, I HAVE SEX WIT MY BIT C HE S AND HOE S YO YO YO ******!"
