Call of Duty 4

I stayed away from the previous Call of Duty games because I was sick of WW2 games. So my first experience with this series has been the new CoD4: Modern Warfare demo.

Holy smokes, talk about intense!:yik:Its so fast and crazy but its expertly manageable. The controls are beautifully executed. I had no trouble getting the hang of it from my first run through. Yeah I died a good bit due to some situations being new but having played many FPSs to pick it up was no trouble. I find myself playing the demo over and over to the point where this has become a must buy for me.

Anyone else a fan of these games? Anyone else playing the demo?

To me it doesn't seem like much of an improvement. The graphics aren't bad, but they certainly aren't amazing. I liked the WWII games.

I love the Call of Series. It's certainly one of my favorite gaming series' of all time.
Call of Duty 4 looks amazing. Online looks awesome too. I've pre-ordered it. :)

I have completed the demo, it is a great game :D I have COD2 and love it, it is a great game to play online. I never played COD or COD3 (mainly because COD3 is only on a console and I am a PC gamer).
