You have a crappy OEM disc drive. I recommended getting an LG/Samsung.

And I would think if the disc has to read or spin fast - it would make noise?

Is the disk read well nevertheless? If yes a little noise reading a certain disk is not a matter of asking for help. Some disks are slightly out of spinning axis or oval-shaped - that can cause loud noise.
If the noise can be heard always and reading all disks, then it may be the sign that you'll need to buy a new CD/DVD-drive soon. I would recommend ASUS QuieTrack then :tmb:

No it's not that kind of noise. It sounds like it is scratching the disk.

Some particular disk or every disk you try to read?

Yes it is that kind of noise what EscondeR and me were talking about.

That scratching or tickling sensation that the drive is doing to your disc is when it is reading it. If you are going to buy another quality optical drive just for making it feel rather quiet, then make sure to get a DVD+RW as they are standard and cheap now.

Oh, and another thing - it also happens with badly scratched-up or bended disc. The drive will struggle to read it and will cause lot of noise. If your disc is brand new, perhaps the noise will only occur when the drive needs to access data fast. I had drives that kept on making noise even though it had nothing to be read - it was some autoplay/caching bug and the drive gets confused as to when to stop.

I tried TRL and TRA.Ring_of_Fire,it is just when I use TexMod(well I didn't try anything else) and it is really kind of violent.I know that tickling sound. It is not the same.Have you heard nails scratching something?Well it is like that, for a short time and it sounds like it is blocked on the same sound.

BTW if I buy a new drive will I loose something?I can take any kind of drive I want from my sister's husband(he has a mobile phone business and there are some computer experts in his company). What drive shall I get?
