well i downloaded rocketdock and i got every thing but one thing is weird

when i open a web explorer it is still thar here ill show you...

It's been a while since I've messed with it but there should be an option in the settings to prevent it from always being on top.

^ Yup, right click it and select Options. Then search for "Stay always on top" setting and turn it off.
