Free video editing that supports .MOV?

Is there any free video editing software out there that supports .MOV files and that works on Windows XP SP2?

I'm not sure if there is one. But - you can convert you're .MOV to a different format with 'Super'. It's free and its small in size.

I've used a converter but it reduces the quality something awful.

Use WinFF (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/WinFF) to convert. Then edit with WMM or any other application :)

Haven't you already suggested that? If I'm not mistaken, I believe it didn't work, but I'll give it one more go. :)
