Jasc Paint Shop Pro-Image quality help!

I really need some help, when I save a file as with .jpg extension the image quality lowers resulting in a horrible, messy image. what should I do? Do I need to configure any settings on my paint shop pro or anything...because this is really getting to me.

Easy to fix....... ( hopefully )

Click "save as" ........ the Save as box appears.

Type in and select the details as you normally would.

BEFORE YOU SAVE
click the "options box"

Move that slider around..... Mine is set here and I have no problems
