I'm not sure if a thread like this has been done before or if any fan sites have attempted it, but here's a shot.

The goal is for everyone to post ONE photo at a time of a place similar or exact that reminds you of a location in the Tomb Raider series.

I suppose it could be St. Francis Folly, but it doesn't exactly remind me of it. Rather similar though.

Its the Meteora Monastery in Greece. It's isolated like St. Francis Folly and the position gives you the sense that there really *could* be an underground network of tombs.

To me it just looks like somewhere you can lie in the heat, look up at the clouds and relax breathing clear fresh air.

that Monastery looks familiar, was it used in some old Telly Savalas war movie :confused:Looks familiar to me as well. It appears as if the monastery on top of that cliff in the first picture was the one used at the end of For Your Eyes Only.

Survival that's Prague yea?

Those art/reliefe pics are awesome! That was pretty much the point of this thread was to show how much work/research has gone into the game that we might just kinda look over or not notice so much.

My previous post was kazakhstan btw ;)
