I had a really odd vision of Tomb Raider Underworld last night while on the trampoline.
It was really odd.
There was a strange deep red sky and Lara, Natla, Amanda and Amelia were all on top of the cliff edge, Lara was standing right by the edge and guards were holding Amelia back.
Natla starts referencing back to TRA and says things like "My my... now where have I seen this before?"
(When Natla and Lara are by the edge and Natla falls off)
Natla starts threatning Amelia's life in exchange for Excalibur and Lara does as she says, passing the sword onto the ground. Natla says something on the lines as shes going to kill her and Natla is about to kill her when Amanda in a moment of guilt tells Lara to move. Lara does and for her betrayel, Natla hits Amanda with some weird force, sending Amanda off the cliff edge. In a moment of heat, Lara grabs excalibur and a boss battle began.
EDIT: And also in it, Amelia kept questioning who Lara was.
It was a strange, yet funny vision I had on the trampoline. Has anyone else had things like this happen?
How long this vision lasted? Looks quite long for a vision.

Sounds like a fan story not a vision :D

No no no.
It was like a vision, which escalated. I visioned Amanda off the clifftop then expanded ideas myself.
It sounds good... but kind of corny. I'm not sure if i like it.

Welcome to what TR and Lara does by most of us.
:wve:
Meh, I want Amelia to be evil and try to kill Lara, then Lara kill her. Then Lara will be happy ever after raiding tombs and killing enemies. :)

Ok. Dispite anything anyone says I think that the vision you had might be pretty interesting. The Amelia trying killing lara thing is a nice twist but I wouldn't really expect it. I want this story to be sad and really scary!! lol ;)

I really love yours
I've had a few
My favorite::
Natla and Lara are in a first fight (like you said, by the edge of a cliff)
Sort of like Larson and Lara's in TRA
Natla smacks Lara down and quickly and statches a pistol from Lara's holster, handing it to Amanda; saying "Shoot her between the eyes"
Amanda struggles over whether or not to shoot Lara
Lara: "Amanda. You DON'T have to do this. We can work together. Please. I'm sorry"
Amanda throws the gun down, shrugging. She reaches her hand to help Lara up.
Natla: What a waste of time! (She says something of the sort)
Natla pushes Amanda off the edge. She reaches for the pistol as Lara kicks her face.
Amelia is watching from a distance, sobbing
A fight begins. Fortunately Lara has the advatage because she has still one pistol. Natla has nothing but her own force.
I like it. But I don't think that'll happen. Lara, Amanda, Amelia AND Natla?
A little bit too much ^^

Natla and Amanda work together. Natla has captured Amelia and Lara has really just entered the scene. Amelia keeps questioning who they all are. As she doesn't recognise Lara at all. Maybe Amelia runs away after the boss battle (leaving Natla not dead but maybe unconcious) and the next level could be trying to find her.
This is part of a multi-threaded fan fiction I'm working on. Multi-threaded meaning the reader makes the choice on some aspects of what to do.
AVALON, 2 - THE GUARDIANS
"I don't like this place one bit, Lara," Amanda complained. "It's spooky."
"Likewise, Amanda, but I have an obligation to make. To my mother."
"Oh, fie on your obligations... Lara, LOOK!"
The two looked up.
The biggest archway that they had ever seen, or that all of archaeology had ever seen, stood before them and stretched into the darkness. Beside the great hall, two massive stone statues - appearing to bear the uniform of Crusaders' knights - stood as silent guardians of the path into the heart of Avalon. This massive display of decadence stood erected in noble correlation with the dark, shrouded sky, the rocky bridge upon which Lara and Amanda stood, and the blue river that flowed underneath it. All of this was overshadowed still by a particularly prominent giant red cross. The symbol above the archway seemed to burn into the eyes of the two mortals, making it difficult to look away.
"Domine, dirige nos, eh, Lara?" Amanda whispered nervously. The sight of the cross humbled her, almost like a child. Lara continued to stare at the cross. Amanda then unwisely made the judgment to step forward towards the gate.
There was the awful sound of clanging and rattling.
Lara came to and turned in Amanda's direction in surprise. She was being hoisted up in a steel cage by a chain rope, that had apparently been dropped from the direction of the gate. The rope was linked to a mechanism on the wall near the archway. Amanda screamed in terror and for help, but Lara could do nothing - she could see no way to save her.
"Silence, ye Mortal!" a deep, male voice echoed out.
All was silent.
"This is Amanda Evert from the Earth Realm," a shallower, raspy male voice echoed.
"What of her accomplice?" a female voice intoned, with a Germanic accent.
"She, too, is from the Earth Realm. Her name is Lara Croft," the raspy voice replied.
"Speak, ye Knave, and justify thou presence," the overpowering male voice replied.
In an almost unnoticeable, squeaky voice, Amanda explained that she was here to locate Lara's mother. The three supernatural voices understood this, but they were not content.
"So, ye are the one who defiled Paraiso," the deep voice mused.
Lara found that she could not speak in Amanda's defense; something was keeping her from calling out and interrupting the inquisition.
"'tis a sin, for a Pagan to unshroud the Dead," the female voice spoke with a haughty tone.
"You admit this sin, young one?" the raspy voice inquired.
Amanda nodded feebly.
"You are guilty of your sins?"
"Yes."
"You do not convict this other human of being bound to the same sins?"
"No... I mean, she's just here to find her mother."
Lara was awestruck at Amanda's submissiveness.
"A lost child, then. 'tis most shameful," the female voice cut in.
"The Lost Child is free to go," the godlike voice boomed again, "but the defiling Knave must pay for her sins. You, Lost Child..."
Lara turned to attention in the direction of the voice.
"Ye are a seeker of paths. A finder of ways. However, ye must now weigh two choices. Will you risk life and limb to save that of the sinner, or will you go into the darkness and seek ye Mother, as ye have come for? Ye have twenty seconds to choose."
AVALON, 3B - GO INTO THE DARKNESS
As Lara made up the decision in her mind to pass through the archway, the voice intoned once again, "Very well." Yet, Lara found she could still not move. Then she heard the sound of the female voice again, saying something in Latin. The words seemed to wisp throughout the room. As the Germanic voice concluded, "Amen," Lara turned to see the cage drop into the water like a stone and slowly begin to sink.
"Go forth, seeker of paths. Go into the darkness and seek ye Mother," the male voice called out. Lara found her feet moving towards the archway against her will. She looked towards the trapped Amanda, and listened to her pained, gurgled cries as the cage sank beneath the water's surface, it and Amanda never to be seen again. Resigned in her obligations, Lara continued towards the archway and into Avalon.

I think it's really good! :jmp:
But I don't like the idea of Amanda and Lara together. If Amanda does feel any scrap of decency in herself and goes to help Lara, I want her to die or be stunned in the consequence.
Why I said she's killed by the cliff plunge once she tells Lara to move. Lara has done too much to Amanda (killing James) for Amanda to suddenly to change to help her, also won't Lara feel just a little suspicious if Amanda is suddenly like
"Let me help you!"
It is a good idea though :)
