View Full Version : My Prince [Pencil WIP]
Ignore the title. I'm having a dreamy moment here. :o

So I'm a tad obsessed. And have a weird thing for spiky hair.
Sorry about the bad quality. I took the pics with my cellphone. I really need a scanner. Cellphone pics do not do justice for pencil drawings. Looks crap compared to the original drawing and you can't see all the detail. =/
I might do line art from both of them and then colour. Or just try to finish the shading (started on the glove), add more detail and try to scan it somehow.
Feedback welcome. And I know he has a long neck.. -_-

Very nice :) I like it! Though I think the angle of the wrist looks a bit painful, seeing as he holds a massive gun :p

As for getting a scanner, if you can, go for it. You seem to do quite a lot of sketching and it would be nice if you could develop your sketching skills further by producing a picture where the pencil work is the actual end product. He looks japanese/anime-ish pwetty and that body somehow doesn't fit, do you know that mean? X_X heck not even I know what I mean XD
Other than that, pure awesomeness indeed, loving it ^^ mucho better than your earlier work.

Thank you. And lol. You should've seen how large his body looked originally. I had to erase half of his clothes and some of his right shoulder away. I'll try to finish the shading and still somehow try to make him look thinner. So yeah I get what you mean.

True. Squall is the most masculine out of them all IMO. He has a stronger & wider jaw.. but still manages to look cute. Anyway I still like their cute and ''feminine'' look. They are so adorable and I just want to hug them and.. yer.. I'm getting dreamy again. :D

I didn't notice his neck,but his expression: for a man carrying such a gun,he he has quite a childlike expression. The outfit also makes him appear older,but,then,we look at his eyes,and something doesn't fit.
Apart from that,what a work with textures on the outfit :tmb:!
Thanks Pipolinne. The whole drawing is a bit ****ed up. I wanted to make it look like anime at first (cute), and then later I went for the more realistic look. I did start with the head so that might explain why it looks so out of place. I'll work on the drawing and try to fix few things.
