Help with PhotoShop

Hey guys!! I just want to ask something to experts in Photoshop. I just want to know if there is a way to combine two pictures. For example, It is possible to put someone's face in my dog's body?? If it's not possible, Is there a program that can make these stuff? That's all I want to know. Thanks

(im going to explain it the "simple" method)

Have first these 2 picture in separate layers;
Then the picture with the human face, bring this layer to the top;
Cut the needed part and make the background transparent;
then just move, scale or rotate it to fit into the face :)

It is difficult to learn photoshop from a forum thread. There are thousands of free tutorials on the web to help you.
Google "photoshop tutorials" and you will get more than you can learn in a year's time.
