Thankyou for sharing, my boyfriend is happy about that.
Wow...thanks for sharing! Definitely looks like a film to be watched! :tmb: :)
The only Bond films I really enjoyed were From Russia With Love and The Living Daylights. Funny, that.

Well, then, I now the the name of the next Bond movie I won't be seeing. Daniel is *NOT* James Bond.
Great news... I wanna see it... :jmp:
Daniel is so hot... :mis:

Ditto... His face is a total turn-off. I much preferred Pierce in terms of looks.

Daniel Craig totally PWNS (holy crap, did i just say pwns ?) Pierce Brosnan and his crappy series of movies. Especially wearing speedos! :D :pi:
Looking forwards to this one! :tmb:

Agreed.....
*drools*
I am a huge bond fan my dad had me watching them since I was little....
Daniel did an amazing job as bond....
And doesn't look bad in speedos

I agree. He looks like a drunk guy, not a classy and smart MI6 Agent! Pierce Brosnan did a way better job, IMO.
Good news. I can't wait ntil November to see it. I hope it will be a good movie
Daniel is great. I don't know why so many fans don't want him as James Bond
Not too keen on the title, but I am anticipating this a great deal anyway. :)

Well that's a right mouthful of a title. But I bet it'll be good. I quite like Daniel as Bond - better than Pierce Brosnan anyway. :D

Pierce had the looks but Craig has substance IMO.
Nice title, if a little unusual by 007 standards. :tmb:
i like the title,it's certainly different :D
to the Daniel bashers, for the direction new Bond is heading he's the perfect Bond IMO, the franchise needed a fresh approach and move away from cheesy one liners and recycled plots
i find it funny his first movie was the most financially successful....seriously the bashers need to move on, many in the (UK) press totally slated Craig, but the majority had to eat humble pie....that was a funny thing to see :jmp:
anyway i'd expect a teaser trailer in the coming months :tmb:
I'm hoping for the best. A good script and live action sequences would go a long way. :)
I hate it when people judge Craig on his looks alone.
He is a fantastically good choice for Bond, a talented and well-rounded actor
who knows who to take on the legend that is Bond.
This movie is gonna rock anyway :tmb:
He was fantastic in Casino Royale. I'm looking forward to this. :)

Why? I find him to be a highly unattractive man. I don't judge his acting/personality.

In the books, Fleming describes Bond as a crusty, battle-hardened spy
of the cold war who harbours a chip the size of a pot-hole on his shoulder,
sipping from a martini glass.
Brosnan, heck even Moore, do not fit his description. Pierce is too suave and cheesy.
Connery was perfect, and I think Craig is the nearest any of Connery's successors
got to nailing the character.

Good for you, but sadly I don't think that of him. Let's not argue about personal preferences. :)
^ Good. We'll leave it at that, so. :tmb:
The article spoke about Dominic Greene and a 'mysterious organisation'.
Spectre, anyone? :jmp:

Meh. Not to keen on the series, but I always end up watching them. :/
I don't like the new bond either. :(
some folks simply can't accept change, some even refuse to accept new actors in said roles
shame that, just seems rather shallow :(
actors age and at some point need to be recast, i'm not happy about Cpt Kirk and crew being recast, but i accept it because it needs to be done as the actors are either too old or unfortunately dead :(
the new Bond franchise will be fine as long as it doesn't go back to it's cheesiness and over the top villains.
i'm happy with new Bond and hope future films improve upon the previous,i also don't care who is cast as Bond provided they can actually act and do the role justice....IMO Daniel has done both :D
Matthew Almaric will be amazing in the villain role.
I hope Blofeld is at the top of the chain :mis:
I wonder what will take the story from Italy to South America??
I wonder what will take the story from Italy to South America??
probably Q branch boat or plane i guess :vlol:
i think the story is drug related, so i reckon Bond has to defeat drug overlords :D
probably Q branch boat or plane i guess
:mis:
I hope it's not drugs, it seems to simple, too lazy.
I'm not looking for another world domination plot either, but something smarter.
Come to think of it, the real plot of Casino Royale only came into being
in the last 10-15 mins.
That what made the movie so good for me.
I geuss the movie will start will Mr. White, and Bond'll take it from there?
I'm really anxious to know what Vesper's motives were.

Quantum Of Solace - 24-01-08
Plot details emerge for `Quantum of Solace` (spoilers)
Empire Online has just learned some important plot details for Bond 22, during the Sony launch of the new Bond film, Quantum of Solace.
The plot centres on an attempted coup in a South American country. Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric) wants to control one of the world's most important natural resources and to aid in this he makes a deal with an exiled South American general to get him back into power.
Olga Kurylenko's character, Camille, is half Ukrainian and half South American. She leads Bond to Greene in his effort to find out more about Vesper, the woman he loved and lost in Casino Royale.
Mathieu Amalric says his villain will not be a larger than life figure. He said "He's not an over the top villian...No scars, no metal jaw - he is nude". Epire believe he meant no visual odditties, rather than Bond's first all naked nemesis.
the new movie is literally set one hour after Casino Royale :jmp:
Co-producer Michael Wilson told the BBC today name had only been decided "a few days ago", adding the story's start point would be "literally an hour after the last film left off. "We thought it was an intriguing title and referenced what happened to Bond and what is happening in the film," he said.
no Moneypenny or Q in this one either :(
A nude villain? Well I wasn't expecting that :D
The plot sounds savage. It's got my money already. Seems like there's plenty of room
for big stunts and elaborate set-pieces....
I was kinda banking on Blofeld, though :(

who knows, that character may return in future movies...we'll just have to wait and see :D
depends on what other short stories they turn into feature films :jmp:
OMFG Daniel Craig + bald actor = gonna die :jmp:
:D
Bond's back, and he's uglier than ever.
Just watched Casino Royale on DVD 2 days ago and I was just hungry for a sequel, and now this? :jmp: :cln: Thanks for the news! :tmb:
Wow, I'm looking forward to it.
I just saw Casino Royale and loved it!
