I wouldn't count Acrobat Reader and for that matter Flash Player and Shockwave Player. They're free, after all. However, Acrobat Professional (which is part of many Creative Suite packages) isn't, and should be included in the poll (for reference: I have it, along with Ai, Ps and Id).

ack, I forgot I had ImageReady, isn't that crap anyway? Don't think I've ever actually used it. I also have Pagemaker and Distiller and -- Metastream which I've never used either. I love Pagemaker.

Cochrane

Isn't ImageReady sort of part of Photoshop? Or at least, didn't it use to be? All I can recall about ImageReady is that I never ever used it, and since I switched to CS3, I no longer have it on my computer.

Pagemaker sure has a large fan base for an application that is no longer developed since 2004. What's so great about it?

What Adobe software do we own?

I'd like to hear how many of all voters so far have legit licenses! :D

(I have zero of the listed Adobe applications installed - I'm with Corel (http://corel.com/). ;))

If you were referring to my post, I obviously wasn't speaking about anyone in particular: I was asking for a percentage of the total. I think PhotoShop is probably one of the most pirated applications out there.

I wouldn't really think that people would openly vote in here if they didn't have a legitimate license.

Photoshop 7.

I also have Painter X (Corel), but I can't get it to install... :o

none of the above unless the various flash plug-ins count. Acrobat reader so I can read those retarded PDF's that could have easily been made in powerpoint or even word.

None. Their prices are ridiculous.

oh, hey i just pulled out an old disc I got from when I was in high school taking a web design course. It's a 30 day trial version of MACROMEDIA Dreamweaver. Seems Adobe systems bought out Macromedia in December, 2005. I missed that and was wondering why I was seeing Adobe's name on the flash plug-ins and such.

Just Acrobat Reader. Their stuff's too expensive, and I wouldn't use it enough for it to be worth buying.

buckmana
02-02-08, 06:44
Adobe Creative Suite 2 (something), which has:

Distiller.
Acrobat.
Designer.
GoLive.
Illustrator.
ImageReady.
InDesign.
Photoshop.

Although, I don't use most of those.

Illustrator and Acrobat most frequently. InDesign on occasions that call for it. The only time I use Photoshop is for preparing PSDs with transperant areas for importing into Illustrator/other Adobe programs.

I have Photoshop Elements 3 because it came with my Wacom tablet. I also have Flash 5, but that was before Adobe bought it. I hardly use either of them. I'm a Paint Shop Pro guy. :)
