Is it bad if my computer makes the renders all smudgy?? Not like you cant see it but enough to make the picture look like a bad oil painting? :confused: :(

Sounds normal. Some of them seem to have been tampered with, or over sharpened. Occasionally blurred out on photoshop.
Don't worry about it, not just your PC!
