What do you do when you swim into loneliness and you feel the weight of the life upon your shoulders? At least once in a person whole life sad moments overspread all around and it could be very difficult to move on. How do you fight this situation?

I'VE GOT NO PROBLEMS! IT'S JUST A WAY TO SEE HOW PEOPLE REACT WHEN THEY FEEL LOW :)

Seriously, I doubt anyone here can help you much since we don't know what your problem is. Therefore, either elaborate or speak to someone in person. :wve:

i usually go back to things that i enjoyed. like listen to certain music that i like, or even new music. just get into it. simply look outside. find a new hobby. play a game u havent in awhile. dance like crazy. laugh at stuff on youtube. exercise, run around, free run around your home (endorphins). anything to lift the gloom off your shoulders.

Well.. I listen to music, be it extremely sad music (so that I can cry and release the stress), or extremely uplifting music, to make me feel better.
Ya know, crying might sound like a bad consequence of feeling down, but it can also help you cleanse your spirit.
Watching movies or going window shopping is also a good idea.

Hmm been there. Hope these help, try: eating some delicious sweet fruits, nuts. taking a nice warm bath, playing a favorite tr, or any other game, listen to some relatable music/movies..this will help you release some negative thoughts, talk to a friend that could be anyone.

I find a form of escape. Anything'll do - music, gaming, internet, art. You name it. :)

i also agreed with you, although im a little depressed, it just strange appearing lot of these threads. :confused: Anyway on topic, hearing some music, playing some games.

When I am sad, I take a shower.
Even if I just took one.
When I am in the shower, I forget about my problems happening that day, and they all seem to go away! :D

Or play DDR XD

Do a bunch of fun things to get your mind of depression. And if that doesn't work, I usually talk to a friend. And if talking to a friend doesn't help either, I contact a counsellor (KidsHelpPhone here in Canada). :) I also listen to Alanis Morisette's "Hand in my Pocket" it always cheers me up! :tmb:

But when I do feel depressed, I sit in the same position for ten minutes and then do something productive, like play SimCity 2000.

I am good at taking care of my own moods, most of the time i get over it very soon. but if I can't, i'll just talk with whoever is closest to me at the moment. That usually does it.

Music is usually my go to thing at any given time. Usually if something is on my mind though i talk with a friend. :)

Play music, watch happy shows, tease my friends, come here :vlol:, do homework. If they don't work, I'd call my family & whine. If that don't work, I'd do some serious *****ing, crawling up other people's arse :mis:

Not many things make me resort to the last option :D

I was once depressed in my life. I cut myself, tried suicide and such things. But I'm still alive. When I'm just feeling low, not drowned into the depths of total depression, then I eat lots of chocolate and anyway eat lots and listen to sad music.

I've suffered depression for many years, when I'm low i ring or talk to someone I love which grounds myself then I do something i enjoy, watch a kids film or eat icecream. A pick me up, when low i find its best to be around someone who won't judge you and will support you and tell you its ok to be like that. (people who tell you to snap out of it aren't any help) :hug:

I usually listen to music (preferably happy dance music), cry, relax and watch my favourite shows and read a book or talk to someone.

Generally have some "Me" time.

It happens once in a while to me, maybe more often than it should.Depending on how serious it is, I either complain to my best friend (very effective:p), drink a lot of Pepsi, write things down and cry.It does help, but I look horrible the next day.Going out also helps, although I may feel I'm not in the mood at that moment, I eventually cheer up.

Oh I used to do that years ago, I have scars on my body, though. I didn't want to tell anyone I was sad and lonely, so I cut myself.

When I feel low? Listen to AAR music. Ride the train, get time to think. And remind myself that there are constantly things to look forward to (from things in school, videos on YouTube, movies you can't wait to watch, games you can't wait to be released, to washing your dog).

Actually I'm a very well trained person. I eat healty, go out and run everyay and play handball. I'm very fit.

But then when I feel low I start to eat junk food and chocolate and things like that. I never stop. I just continue eat from when I wake up until I go to bed.:/

I'll let myself be upset for a short while, cry if I need to (Unless I think whatever has me so upset is really silly and then I'll tell myself to get over it). If it's something that'll take me more than 30 minutes to get over, I'll watch a movie that I enjoy and get a good cup of coffee. Just something calming and pleasant that'll help bring me back to equilibrium.

When I feel low, I cry a little bit, then I listen to some music and then have a vegetable snack (Carrots and some other good suff) ;)
But sometimes I feel down because my best friend died four years ago, then I can`t do anything else than lock myself in my room to cry while listening to HIM (It was our favourite band) =/

I tend to become very reserved when I'm feeling low, dislodge myself from any social situation. Usually just lie on my bed with a notebook and start writing whatever comes to mind, listen to music, or do either of those two while outside to feel the sun. Some reason the sun feels really great on your skin when feeling down.

Yeah i start humming it at school without noticing:D

The anime stops me being depressed aswell, but normally i end up replaying the opening about 7 times before i watch the actual episode:o
