How do u import/make new animations if you use Dxtre3d?
One usually uses TRViewer application to export animations and meshes to 3dsMax as .3ds file. Then edit animations/meshes/uv mapping in 3ds Max. This is awesome if you have 3ds Max or a way to edit the .3ds file. But if you dont. There is one other very difficult way to do it. It involves creating a wad to create a basefile from. Thats very difficult though but not impossible if the TR version is other than TR4.
