View Full Version : I found a new move... Well at least for me
While fighting the centaurs in TOmb of Tihocan, they were shoting the green thing and I had the guns locked on the target and I pressed Shift (Crouch) and she did like a slide on the floor, like in Tomb Raider Legend. Well I don't know if this is new, at elast for me it is.
And another, I was presseing R key and did a swan dive, but it was like a fast swan dive, really different and very cool.
Anyone knew about this ?
I found the Legend slide too!:D
She normally can't do it in Anniversary and its not in the official controls either.
Must be a bug or something, only for the centeur bosses?
I think so, but I never tried in another enemys. I was like pressing everything and more because I can't defeat those centaurs. They are hard.
I found its just easier to make the centaurs rage and rush me and dodge and headshot them for a quick kill. Btw, it seems like the creators just took the editing tools from Legend to make Anniversary so them may not have taken out some of the moves.

well its clearly pc cus the 'shift' key is pressed....

Running, when the centaurs shot the green thing run into them, then when getting close to them press the crouch button while running.

hey guys i did it to! i play on ps2! well when i was playing i aimed at the centeur and i ran for like a sec then press circle and she did it! i was amazed! but then i couldent do it again

well then you obviously have not played on any consoles. no hard feelings, just a fact. :)
i already know about this move.its not new for me.
Sounds like to me that ya'll are just dodging (when they get mad enough to charge) them pressing up instead of one of the sides and since you can't go over them, then you go under. Does that sound right? I'm going to try this on the 360.
Do the following:
1- Take the shield from the centaur
2- When the hanger bar is filled get near to him
3- When he starts shooting the green energy press shift with the guns locked on the target and she will do the slide attack
Unfortunatly I don't know if she is able to shoot like in Legend, probably she isn't because this moves isn't listed anywhere.
Yup, only works for the Centaurs unfortunately and she can't shoot during it. I keep wanting to roll and she ends up sliding everytime during that fight, can get rather annoying after a while lol.

You dont need to do all that just to do that move i did it at the start of the fight.
Found it too because I died too many times trying everything. (stupid AD+graple obvious stupid solution)

It's not new for me at all. Btw it's even possible to kill centaus (without taking their shields) if u use that move. If you shoot from below in that position 1st they can't petrify you and 2nd you can damage them it take little amount of their health. But it's too hard to kill them with that. You need to repeat it so many times
The fast swan dive, press and hold R while walking to sneak then do the swan dive as normal but with the R button pressed and she will perform a short but fast swan dive.
