has anyone been able to get the final secret in tr1 i get to the crumbling floor on the second jump she falls short of the opening.

My memory is a bit rusty here, but I run, jump and grab the edge of the crumbling floor with the blade swinging by. Pull up and then run, jump (and maybe grab) to the passage ahead.

Walk to the edge towards the crumbling stones, tap backwards twice and then walk one step forward. Then run, you should be able to run onto the crumbling stones and then be able to take a running jump onto the secret! :)

it was too easy just run and jump. dont even bother about swinging blade it touches Lara 1 % of 100%

however that depending on the version, the secret doesn't count at all; it's a glitch! i spent a lot of time trying to get that secret and on the stats screen, it just said: [I]Secrets: 2/3

That's right, it happens to most (if not all) versions.

Here (http://www.tombraiderforums.com/showthread.php?t=614) is described a method to 'heal' this glitch.

There was only 1 time I got that secret and I don't even know what I did to get it. :confused:

I mean, All the other times I picked up the items, but there was never any sound.

The thing is that, if you skip the first or the second secret, you'll hear the sound when you get the third.

That's what I was thinking I did. But I almost always go for all pick-ups... And that being out of character for me - made me unsure. :rolleyes:

The secret is the satisfaction of being able to execute the coolest swan dive of the game! Into a tiny little square hundreds of feet below!

Of sourse, this is only practice for Nightmare in Vegas (bonus level TR2 Gold...you get to do the same thing again!)
