View Full Version : Assassins Creed 2????
Hi
I've read this on the official "Assassins Creed" website and was wondering what you guys think...
"Unfortunately our journey at 1191ad.com has come to an end.
Thanks to each and every one of you for your loyalty to The Creed and for helping to make Assassin’s Creed one of the most successful games of the year.
I am sure that we will meet again. So until then make sure you head over to The Assassins Creed Forum (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/frm/f/5251069024) and stay tuned for my return.
Best of luck on your journey,
-The Assassin"
Does this means, that there will be a sequal (a second game) to Assassins Creed????
I hope there is, but the abrupt and confusing ending of it almost garuntees it
Yeah the ending was abit annoying remined me of Legends ending becuase it's so simluar.
It's supposed to be a trilogy from what I've gathered.
There will definitely be a sequel. :)
Well, i hope there will be one to, but maybe in a later stage.. Not just 1800 bla bla bla.... Maybe later in the years.... In the new age or something.....
Just a suggestion...

Oh God I hope not - one Assassin's Creed was enough.

Why???

Absolutely, Assassin's Creed was the first opus of a trilogy. :)
I can't WAIT for more! Hopefully the third game will be set in Desmond's "present" (2012) time. :)
I wonder when the second will be set? Or where even? Will it even be Altair, or another of Desmond's ancestors? :mis:
Gah ! They already "announce" a second game and the first one isn't even out on PC yet. I want this game badly >.>

Only 9 days till its release on PC. I preordered it this weekend. I can't wait !! :jmp:
Its supposed to be a trilogy but, we'll be waiting another 3 years to see the next game.

That's is probably true, unless they were already working on this title before the first one was released...

That is what you get when you race through it.

Assassins Creed is meant to be a trilogy.
Also, one Assassins Creed was enough because it was too repetitive. You killed one guy, and killed another in the same way, eavesdrop, beat someone up then pickpocket someone. The cities looked like each other. The ending was a bit too over the top. I did like the game and I did enjoy it all the way to the end. If they were to make a second one, it would have to change from repetitive to enjoyable and different the whole way through. And he must be able to swim! And some night-time action aswell!
... it was too repetitive.See, this is what people keep saying (pun unintended). It has kind of put me off buying the game at all.

It is a good game to buy, it's just the fact that the surroundings look the same in each city and assassinating each guy requires the SAME things.

This game did not live up to my expectations. I'm halfway through it and whenever i start it i get sleepy and just have to turn it off. It's that boring! And that's saying something! ;)

Months ago, in an interview with the creators, I could have sworn they said they're planning a trilogy. Don't quote me on that though. ;)

They really REALLY don't.
The architecture, design and colours of each city are all different from each other. Then each city itself has three zones - poor zone, middle class zone and rich zone. Typically the rich zones are the most beautiful with more colour than the rest.
Acre looks a sharp grey-green colour, Damascus a dusty red+more colours, Jerusalem a dusty red and mainly blue.
All the design tends to change based on the religion of that city- and even between Jerusalem and Acre, the two same religion cities, the design couldn't be more different.

They look pretty much the same to me. I mean, they have paths and buildings, all the buildings contain the same architecture.
Bit strange how he assassinated 9 guys in one WHOLE day though, eh? Even before sunset.
I'm quite sure I won't find the game boring at all... :)
PS : 6 days to go... :yah:
If you want to enjoy Assassin's Creed. Turn off the GPS, don't use the Map Button, and explore. Trust me it will be a lot less repetitive, makes concentrating on the dialog a must, forces you to use Eagle Vision, and immerses you in the Game universe.
LOL could you believe that all three cities in the game are just three hours drive from where I live, but I can't get to any of them because of man-made borders (which are strictly closed due to political reasons).
Oh yeah and ليس كل واقع مطلق بل كل ممكن lol
Gay...
I haven't even played the first one yet.
