I am having a heck of a time getting from the switch, running down to the rock, jumping onto the ledge and getting to the opposite statue before it completely draws back to the wall. Is there a way to make Lara faster or a trick to this? I have been trying for over an hour to get past this?
Any hints would be greatly appreciated!:hea: Thanks

Firstly, welcome!

Secondly, who's Laura?

Thirdly, if you need help with Tomb Raider Anniversary have a look at this link:

Have fun! :wve:

Unfortunately, there wasn't sprint feature. It's impossible to make it the first time you pull the switch, because of the camera showing the statues move (which wastes about 3 seconds of the timed lever), not to mention you have to kill the panthers.

I suggest you clear the area of the panthers, collect the medipack from behind the gate where the panthers were, then go back and flick the switch again.

Run towards the far left statue (facing away from the switch), climb on the stone next to it, jump on the statue (you're facing the switch now), and the one after it, then turn left and jump to the other statue on the left (middle left statue - while facing the switch).

Once on that statue, you can relax, and wait for the last one to draw back into the wall. Jump on it, then run to the left wall, jump and attach the grapple to perform a wall run.

Keep trying, you'll get it right eventually.

Not to spoil anything but that puzzel was quite easy compare to the timed puzzel at the end of that level. Anyway some help might be to jump from the statue in the middle to the opposite statue.

If you're on a PC, there is a trainer that speeds up Lara. Sample video of the final conflict monster in speed mode:
