i need a programme to modify lara's outfits, i checked www.tombraiderhub.com but i cannot open it . it says D3D Init Error. and " you do not have appropriate licence to use this functionality."

As for the program, download TexMod, which you will find on this page (http://www.tombraiderhub.com/tr7/modding/index.html). There is a tutorial for TexMod just below on the same page.
