There's no "Tomb Raider" shops ^^
I go many times in sport shops, ebay, military shops, markets, airsoft online shops... to find my equipements.
But somethimes, you have to change or make it yourself ;-)

It depends of what you want..
You can make yourself : holsters, grapples, belts, backpacs, belt buckles... for the clothes you can buy something similar and customise it ^^
Exemple, the deep suit, I've bought it in a sport shops and I add the SOLA logo myself.
The belt buckle is made with wood and gold painting.

Nah, Alison is fantastic as the Lara Croft model, however Lena's and many other cos-play girls outfits are so much better than the ones Edios made for Alison.

As for people commenting on Allison's outfits not looking as good, she is having to perform a lot of very acrobatic moves in the outfits, so they have to accommodate that without obviously hurting her by being too tight etc. If she was just `standing still` and making the trade mark poses then yeh i could understand the comments, but she is far from `static` :)

There are ways to make the outfit look more accurate without compromising range of motion and comfort. Whoever made Alison's outfit was just being lazy.

Do you guys think it would be possible? I'm a fairly decent sculptor and I could probably make them out of clay, or plasticene....even blutak lol but then they would be rather heavy. Like they dont need to fire or anything I just want the look. I know its a long shot but its the only way it can be done down under it seems.

Any suggestions?

Nice thinking! But they're more for costume purposes...my friends have alot of dress up parties lol

But thats a good one for if I get the motivation to actually do photos, allthough I'd have to get my other half to do the photoshopping, I couldnt even manage anything decent when following the for dummies guide lol

Other than that, i think hand making them out of wood then perhaps painting them would be the best practical idea. Lots of people do it with swords and stuff for cosplay...

You can get a plain black/navy shirt and just paint that motif on with red paint? Or fabric paint...but for costume puposes regular oil-based paint would also be cool as long as you dont wash it :) last resort tho

Yeah, it's rather obvious. :vlol: And botox as well. Photoshop is her best friend in her photoshoots, and it tones the creepiness down... slightly anyway.

But if you've ever seen any of her regular photos, that aren't photoshopped, then you'll be even more afraid. :p When you get a lot of work done, be it surgery and botox, it really ages you, and she was no exception. She looked like a 50-year-old woman. :eek:

Regardless, she enjoys it, and good for her. I just think it's a testament to all cosplayers not to go overboard with it, because when you try to look exactly like a cartoon character (whish Lara is, since she doesn't look like a real woman), it just looks freaky in real life.

I like a lot of the cosplayers here, though. Natural, fierce, and absolutely gorgeous. :D

Anyhow here are a few of me at Halloween this year.. I couldn't for the life of me get my hair to pin back at the front so... ignore that! Ha. The costume was basically made from clothes I already had.. so its not a perfect costume but I thought it looked okay. People kept shouting Lara at me anyhow...so it must have worked.I havent many pictures of just me yet as my camera has not been sent off for developing yet!So for now .. just these.

Well I've just browsed the 60 pages (and more) of Lara Croft lookalikes and I must say «Wow»! People, you make imaginary Tomb Raider characters real and I'm impressed how you «wear» these characters. Congratulations to all of you.

I can't resist to say my preference goes to Illyne and James. Goodness! You're simply gorgeous, both! And your pictures in nature are awesome!

I've just a comment though on how to hold guns. Believe me, I made my military duty and holding a gun near your ear is just about the best thing to get deaf :D.
