please someone help me with this, u would like to play tomb raider 1 in german but i have an english version and if anybody now's how or where i can get an language patch let me now.

Bad news, I am afraid. As far as I know TR1 is English only :(

TR1: Revised (http://www.trle.net/reviewsearch/levelfeatures.php?lid=1553) comes with a German translation. ;)

I have seen it in russian...

What you need is someone's tombpc.dat from another country. What language are you after?

i have downloaded it and extracted some files, but it still dont work

not much of a help, maybe, but as I recently wrote in another thread :

for the FMV's there's no turning them to another language,

but to localize the menu captions and all the text parts appearing in the various screens,
it's possible and even not too hard to translate them into one's own language by hex editing the TR executable ;)

Is there not some TR websites that give a written languge translation of the cutscenes (in your case you would need a German TR website).
