Yeah, this is kinda cool... I carried TRA into another folder, and tried to run the unexisting .EXE... Then TexMod writes "**** Happened", and description is "D'OH". I wonder if I am the first person to find it?

Considering "kamnelomo's flat" is not in the game perhaps you could specify next time that you were at a friends place modding the game. It would make your post a lot easier to understand. Not all of us know who kamnelomo is, perhaps the modding thread would have appreciated your post more, rather than starting a seperate thread concerning something that happened while modding the game.

Oh yeah, very offensive. I wish people some people had real problems. (I know that you're not talking about your own opinion, but about some other people that get easily offended...)

It's an error message - admittedly a funny one - but nothing more. And this is hardly the first time anyone has found it or posted about it - the Legend and Anniversary Modding threads are full of people complaining about it from time to time.
