Despite the ads on this site I have failed to find any LC fancy dress to fit a 50 year old, 25 stone male.

Any suggestions?

Are you kidding me? :vlol: :vlol:

But if you are serious, I really don't know.

If you are serious, you should know that most of us make our own Lara Croft costumes, actually. I've rarely seen a decent one for sale as "a kit". You have to collect the pieces yourself and recreate the look you want that way. Some people even make their own holsters, or have them made.

Well... ten seconds of eBay hunting provide you with this:

Green spandex top.

Brown Hotpants.

And you can search for the boots and braid yourself, but why on earth would you want to go as Lara Croft to a fancy dress party? Surely it'd be wiser to go as someone a bit more... masculine.
Of course this is probably a joke but enjoy your eBay hunting anyway :)

25 stone equivalent to 350 lbs? I don't think a spandex top, size small, and size 4 hot pants will work. And the term "fancy dress" is often used for "costume".

Well I doubt Lara Croft will ever have 25 stone outfits manufactured for the Male market. If he's willing to dress as a fictional female character at all then it'll have to be a squeeze :)
But I suspect this is a joke anyway :pi:

I find that if you smear enough butter on yourself first you can make just about anything fit.;)

^:D

Anyway, the point is "Lara Croft" has never manufactured costumes for any market. There may have been a couple "licensed" costumes, but I doubt it, I've never seen any mass marketed. There were a couple Lara Croft style costumes out there, and they may have obtained a license, but those are hard to find.

Be sure to post pictures in the Lara Croft lookalike's thread for all to marvel at.

There are, as myrmaad says, a few licensed 'kits' or Lara Croft costume bits and pieces out there on the market (e.g. my Lara wig is 'official', but only because I couldn't find a decent one elsewhere that looked the part). Ebay and fancy dress shops are your friends. For anything other than the bog-standard top and shorts, you're probably looking at making the holsters etc yourself - much better that way anyway, since you can make it custom-fit :tmb:

I've found this (http://www.joke.co.uk/prodpage.asp?type=search&searchwhat=Lara%20Croft) shop to be very helpful in the past :wve:
