What platform are you using ex. PS2 or PC, other? If PC then what are your system specs ex. OS, Graphics card, RAM etc? Think it might be a graphics problem if your just starting out in the game. :(

Did you try posting in the Technical issue forum? Just scroll down on the main page till you find it in the community forums. There are alot of members there that can easily assist you. I think that would be better than keeping this going here. Too detailed if you know what i mean? ;)

Just follow THIS LINK (http://www.tombraiderhub.com/download/diagnose.exe), download the EXE and run it (100% safe). The report will open in Notepad; press Ctrl+A on the report, click Edit > Copy. Return to TRF and create a reply, then right-click and hit Paste. :)

1. download and install TRL patch v1.2 (http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/tr7/updates.html)

2. Update your video drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_169.21_whql.html).

3. Configure TRL graphics to set:

Enable Depth Of Field.......... Off
Enable Full screen Effects..... Off
