I don't think I said that I was a Brummie!

;)

But are there any other Brummies out there?

Your not a Brummie, but what is 'a scouser'?

Is it edible?

;)

A scouser is someone from Liverpool.

Hi Rommie,

http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

I was born in someplace called 'Sheffield'.

I was brought up in a place called 'Birmingham', and may be a 'Brummie'.

Sometimes we wonder what "Tykes" are! Are they also edible?

A good frind of mine is about to move to Sheffield! Can't imagine why! Only joking, all Sheffielders. Anyhow, John, I'm far more intrigued as to how you've landed in France? I'm aiming to retire to anywhere along the med in about 21/22 years. Gives me a bit of time to learn the language. :D

I have a strong Brummie accent! :D I actually come from a town just north called Walsall. I long and dream of leaving for a more tolerant place, preferably somewhere colder and have done so since an early age. However, it's better than Iraq or Afghanistan. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif

I live in a little area of Brum called Dudley, but I'd really love to be in the states, preferably New York.

It's gotta be more fun than here.

Don't it?

Hi BunnyGirl and Ocean-Sirius,

http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

I'm from (grew up in) Moseley in South Brum. Can ask if you really see your selves as Brummies?

It used to be that people from those outlying towns, especially in the Blackcountry, didn't see themselves as being Brummie at all. Has all this changed?

http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/privateeye.gif Hi John Falstaff,

Yes I do still proudly call myself a Brummie even though I'm living in Dudley, and as far as I know, so does everyone else I know around here.

I was actually born in Moseley the same as you, so you and I both can raise our hands and say we're true Brummies, born and bred.
:D

Hi Everyone,

http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif

BunnyGirl:- I wasn't born in Moseley, only raised there from the age of four. (Originally typed 'raider' instead of 'raised' !)

Were you born in the Sorrento?
