TRC EXE- something I found

OK. I recently found some facts about the TRC EXE that would like somebody to look in to.
The thing is: I don't know who could do it. I was thinking probably contacting one of the TREP people since they worked with the EXE (and the TR4 and TRC EXE are the same EXE file, with the exception of a few modifications (very few) to the TRC EXE), but I don't know how.
My first guess was contacting Turbo Pascal, but I don't think he's still active.
My question is: Who could I contact to look something in the EXE for me? Actually modify something about it. Much like the patch thing about TR4.
Is there a way current way to contact Turbo Pascal?

TurboPascal still active. The Isisengine maker claims to be in touch with him. Maybe post at TP's forum http://p081.ezboard.com/TR-Editor/ftreditingzonefrm2, TP was there Nov 07.
Note I think the TREP people work with the TRLE TR4.exe which is different to the Last Revelation TR4.exe. There's a contact author link on TREP's home page, http://trep.trlevel.de/ or maybe just post in the patches for LE thread in the official level editor forum.

I was thinking they're all EXE files with the same bases, so I'm hoping someone would be able to help me out.
