View Full Version : I just wanted to say....
I feel that everyone has a right to post the topic of their choice even if it is only a "fao" or "hi" topic. Seems that people (including myself) are getting all worked up over RobBo calling my Beach Party thread a spam thread. There are all threads we like and there are threads we don't like. If someone thinks a thread is in violation of forum rules then they should email a mod or admin. Accusing people of spam and calling people names is not the answer to the problem and also people don't have the right to judge other threads its up to the admins.
The only reason I started the Beach Party thread was because I thought it was something fun to do and I thought since the forum was kind of dead that it would help. I wasn't trying to increase my post count at all. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/wave.gif
People seem to put a lot into post counts, whether they think you spammed your way up or not.
Personally it seems to me that the 'anti-spam' people spam just as much or more campaigning, during which their own post count is allegedly frozen...
Personnally I think the post counts should be deleted all together, but its not up to me. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
I dun mind them personally, but when I get to 9999, I think I'll stop and wait for the 10k...
I dun like ppl making big deals about it personally...kinda like my birthday heh...

I'll bring this to tlr's attention. We will all talk about it again and take a decision.
I think the post counts are a bit of fun. http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/smile.gif I sure as hell don't take 'em seriously! :D
Maybe a vote as well?
Like have three options: I dun want post counts to stay, I dun mind post counts going or staying, and I want post counts to stay.
Obviously it would be mostly an opinion poll, but still might make it easier to get a general idea...
