CD, just redid TR1 b/c it fit well with their new Legend storyline. They'll have no reason to bring back anyone from TR2- TR AOD. Trust me. Those are the only core characters they will most likely 99% ever redo.

I'm sure that's all they are recycling. In order for them to introduce the other characters, they would have to redo the whole entire series. And I'm sure they wouldn't waste their time doing that.

That would be soooo boring, imagine we will have to kill Rutland a second time in Underworld. I would't take Crystal serious anymore. Overall I think that's a lie invented by the magazine. CD only redid TR 1 b/c that's what people were craving for, and as an extra bonus they made it fit well with their new TRL story. They wouldn't bring back old characters like Kurtis, or fater whatever his name was. B/c now, Lara has never me them. And, besides, if CD had never taken over LARA after AOD, we'd have no LARA today. CD will NEVER bring back any other old enemies, except for Natla. and they wouldn't bring back old accomplices like Kurtis, the only one they brought back was Zip. Trust me, I'm sure CD is done with bringing people back. TRU will be the last one they do this with. :)

That's what I was saying. The only character's they took and probably the only one's ever were from TR 1, b/c they wanted to redo it to make it fit into their TRL storyline. Just b/c CD brought them back, doesn't mean they're going to bring back stupid characters like Kurtis or Janise, or something like that. And CD knows what TR is, they're doing an excellent job with making Lara more tombraidery. CORE screwed everything up after 4, and that's why they went out of business. So, CD's lara is better than having no Lara at all.

Well, litlle characters like Zip and winston have a huge purpose, Janice or Kurtis or something just wouldn't make any sense. And actually Toby Gard CREATED lara, and he is working with CD.

You seem confused about what character you will be playing in Underworld, Lara is the one doing the exploring not Amanda. Lara is the one who is interested in exploring the Underworlds, Amanda was interested in going to Avalon, so why would Amanda even be in Underworld? She would be off looking for another sword and a dais to use it in most likely, nothing to do with what Lara is looking for.

And yes Rutland is dead, Amanda is unlikely to see him again till she is also dead.
