The extra trofee room in Wii version

Hi there, I'm currently creating the mansion in TRLE. I have all the textures I need except some carpet textures from the Wii version. I'n dying to have those. Has anybody tried to use the texture ripper on a Wii version? I want the ones from the trofee room down below.

If so can anyone check if this works? It would mean a lot to me. Thanks :)

Its impossible to get data from Wii games as Ninendo make the discs run in reverse, which PC's can't do:( Just like GC games too..
Even if you could force the PC to run backwards, it would damage the drive:p

I've seen videos of the Wii version on Youtube, so I know it's possible to record video footage from the game. Perhaps someone with this capability can take high-quality screenshots of the carpet so you can make the textures yourself?

Incidentally, I just saw your pictures in the other thread and whoa! You could have told me those screenshots were from Legend and I'd believe it :tmb:

C'mon guys, is it possible in any way? Any shots of it so at least i for one can see the carpet? It might be on the legend data files because they used a lot of textures from legend in anni.

If you use the fly cheat in legend you can find a secret room, inaccesable to everyone but me.:D

Ill tell yer how, Go into the library, face the windows, go to the left hand side, fly up so lara's head hits the ceiling, then run forwards through the wall, turn the camera and wham, your in there.

No, and those textures did not even exist in Legend. They came only in Anniversary. And ofcourse I checked every texture there is to see if they are there and they are not :)

Anyway thanks for the help! I found some other carpet textures that fit the mood. Not exactly the same but that's ok. The room is pretty neat looking. To see it you must play my game somewhere in 2009 :D

Wow! That's my video! LOL!

I routed my Wii through my PC's TV/Video capture card to make that video. Not sure how else you can do that...unless you are super creative and can recreate them (photoshop, etc...)
