Adobe Encore DVD problem

hi,

I've just installed the program called: Adobe Encore DVD and when i start it, i get the following messege....

Runtime Error!
Program: D:\Adobe\Adobe Encore DVD 2.0\Adobe Encore DVD.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

What can i do in order to make this program work????
I have Vista Ultimate...

1. Disable DEP service.

2. Update Visual C++ Runtime Libraries (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=200B2FD9-AE1A-4A14-984D-389C36F85647&displaylang=en)
