Please can you download and run Diagnose.exe (http://www.tombraiderhub.com/download/diagnose.exe), and then post the results in your next reply :wve: That way we can see how your graphics adapters/drivers are set up.

2. Update DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=822640AB-0983-4C41-9C70-632F6F42C557&displaylang=en).

3. If the problem still exists after, then your video board (built-in Via/S3 UniChrome IGP) is not supported by the game.

About the video one, is it the 1st one?

depends on your exact card I presume. Look at the labels above each driver version. Compare that to what your exact model is.

Have you tried clicking the link to scan your computer for driver updates?

OK, so i've downloaded the video thing (the second one ;)) and it came up with 1 extraction file, i extracted it and it came out with 4 extraction files.

The 1st one named 'VT3314_WinXP_22-00-02L_Embedded' Came out with a folder named 'Embedded' and in that folder there are 4 folders which contain 4 folders named 'noSAMM' 'noTVLargeFont' 'rotation' 'wIShld'.

The 2nd one is called 'VT3314_WinXP_22-00-02L_noSAMM' that file extracts to
'noSAMM' folder which contains a lot of files.

The 3rd one called 'VT3314_WinXP_22-00-02L_noTVLargeFont'it contains a folder named 'noTVLargeFont' and it contains lot of files.

The last one called 'VT3314_WinXP_22-00-02L_rotation' Contains a folder named 'rotation' that contains a lot of files.

BTW they all have an installation file, so ... which one do i install?

Help please!

Go to Control panel > System > Hardware tab > Device manager, right click your video board entry and select Update driver. Select Update automatically option and let it search your PC for drivers. If it finds nothing, choose Select driver location manually and set the location as VT3314_WinXP_22-00-02L_Embedded folder.

Yeah OK, tried to do that but

1. It couldn't find the WinRAR File, which was named VT3314_WinXP_22-00-02L_Embedded

2. I did it by extracting the '...Embedded' file into a folder, so i did the folder but it didn't let me search the actuall so i had to search the folders insde it it still didn't find anything!
