hey does any1 know how i can play tr1 on the psp. Ive tried getting homebrewers and stuff but im not sure what to do can anyone show me what i do please i have a data stick 4 the psp and a cable. thanks :)

you have to hack your firmware to do it. which may be illegal. but you play ripped PS1 games when you do this, which is illegal. so we aren't supposed to discuss this type of thing on the forum.

i'm pretty sure it is. i could be wrong tho. so yeah there's lots of talk about it out on the web. another problem is that you run a small chance of bricking your PSP when you jack with the firmware.

Didn't Sony make it possible to load PS1 games onto your PSP via the PS3 and a special cable? I'm pretty sure it isn't illegal.

I got it i used remote play, put my tomb raider game into the ps3 and then put remote play on my psp. I used my ps3 machine to play tr1 on my psp how cool is that!!!

Shouldn't be illegal as long as you own a copy of the game it's not like your giving it to anyone or sharing it online for download for free.

It also depends on your firmware which games work..
I had TRC on mine..however now I've updated, it wont work now, yet other games work:o

For TR1, I needed 3.40 OE-A firmware..TR2,4 and 5 dont work however:(

If the playstation site had any sense they would release the TRs on there. I'm sure loads of people would love to buy them from there. My fantasy is that someone will decide that it would be a great idea to do it pre Underworld release. I guess that the only way I can do it then is when I can get a ps3 :(

yeah i just tried out chronicles via remote play. the response is very slow and the screen size is small and blurry- so its not really worth doing. i would like a release via PSN though!!

Well releasing the games on the psn is up to the developers/publishers so it's not the playstation sites fault.

True but still Tr1 on psp!!!!!! And If ur close to a modem its not that bad

I do agree with u tho i would to like a release via PSN.

It might even happen in a few months. U mite be able to download all of the playstation games.
