Is the add-in-gaming partners have any Difference?

I mean for example i want to buy nvidia geforce 9800gtx.
It has add in partners like asus, gigabyte, MSI , inno3d etc

Also the price difference is there b/w the partners With Asus @ the top and inno3d @ the bottom.

I want to ask you that why i buy Asus and why not the cheaper inno3d 9800gtx.

Is there any Difference in performance b/w the partners or no difference, But just the NAME
?????????

Yup, there is major differnce, as vendors use the original core chip, but different peripheral components: capacitors, VRAM, etc. And different cooling systems.

So one can put crappy noname VRAM, poor heatsink and the video board will glitch/lag and die soon of overheating.

Personally, I advise you to buy from ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, XFX.
