I think easter eggs are just goodies intentionally put in to be found, possibly as references to something else. but i think this is a glitch as when you use the AD and bullet time thing on legend, everything goes slow-mo and you can hear people with really deep voices lol, so i think it just makes all the audio slow, including the journal.
I wonder if it would work on legend if there was a way to test it?

Wonder if her voice is funny when doing bullet time.
Really? never tried that, i think when you do the bullet-time you can her zip and the enemies in slow-mo, The RAD mode makes lara talk but it doesnt freeze time.
