Now to the problem.

My question is:
Can you change the color of the water underneath the surface?

Which game are you talking about? i think I've seen it be done for anniversary. I'm not used to modding as I only have the demo but I think if you use tex-mod there is a turquoise colour which i believe is the underwater texture. That would need changing probably.

i looked through the demo with texmod and tomb ripper and i found a few blank turqouise and some with 'water effects' writtten on.
