Firefox 3 Crashing Continuesly!

I recently uninstalled Firefox 2 (as well as all the registry files) and installed the new one, but sometimes it would randomly crash when I visit a web page.

Can anyone help me? :o

I know of alot of people complaining about FF3 crashing on any sort of Yahoo page but i take it thats probably not the case for you.

With my very limited knowledge the only thing i would be able to suggest are a fresh install (which you have done) and removing any dodgy addons. Ive heard having lots of addons can cause it to crash, my ebay addon would continuously crash FF when it was out of date.

Also do you get any error messages when it crashes because you could try and google them which might help. But apart from that your best waiting for someone who knows a bit more :D

hmm... FF3 ran perfectly fine for me under windows xp. (using ff2 on linux now) anyhow, i would suggest disabling the add ons as suggested as they do seem to cause errors.
