Not exactly the leg as it is the part of the foot before the fingers... it's almost like you're on the tip of your toes. Get a mirror and see for yourself :D

Exactly the same thing happens but in your case in a different place. You see the finger's part of the shoe is too big when compared with the rest of the shoe and foot.
