What's weird is, that 'flare' appears to be going right through her gun in all of those shots. I'm less inclined to think it's a flare because of that. Perhaps it's an artefact of the development process - something to do with the guns that is removed for the final build of the game?

She certainly wouldn't need flares and her PLS, and we know the PLS is back for sure.

because you can drop flares into a pit, and you wouldn't drop your flashlight/PLS...

In the first picture, it looks like someone had painted the "flare" on.

The Underworld images are not very clear so I cannot figure out whether flares will be present or not but either way I do not care.

How would you suppose they do that? The engine has changed completely.
The only thing they could be doing is redesign it for TRU which might take a while.
Why would they take that risk of waisting time for something that might not work accurately? If they can bring Flares in less than 24 hours:D Sure then do it:D 'cuz we will be wanting them:D

Well, perhaps it's where she stores the sticky grenades - and we know these will be in the game. I think she was supposed to have something similar in Legend until they cut it from the final build. But, as mentioned, the PLS and the flares would be quite unnecessary IMO.

l would not go getting to excited thinking flares are in the game, looks far to small to be flares.

I just loaded up that bit and theres nothing red there now. :)

To me it doesn't look like flairs and Jay basicly just comfirmed that it isn't flairs.

But like Larapink i prefer the PLS.
