The only way to delete the letters would be to zoom in on the image and painstakingly clone-brush everything out. Even then, the image quality would suffer greatly afterward.

I'll give it a go. But Quasimodo is right, the image might look odd after. But I'll try my best.

Well here it is, I gave it a whirl. I think, aside from the eybrows it looks alright.
