She's far too young looking for me. I know she's 23 but she looks more like she's 16. I imagine Lara (Although ageless) have have a bit more mature looks around the 28-34 mark.

she's tough, athletic and have hazel eyes. These are the most important features of Lara Croft. Her age don't ruin anything

Lara is imaginary, models are REAL. Models represent Lara Croft (not visa versa).
Models don't have to be her exact (impossible) copy. They just have to grab her main features coz it's only a symbolic thing. This model (Alison Carroll) managed to do it.
