Hi! :wve:

This is my first time! :D Basically i bought CVG - The Essential Games for 2008
And i found a few Tomb Raider Underworld scans, but there's nothing new, no new screens! :(

Someone couldn't read the hair article, so i'll post it here, if you can't read somethin just tell me and i'll post it here! :p

For the last ten years Lady Lara has always kept her luscious long locks tied in an efficiently sexy braid. Matched with her aquamarine tank top and ultra short shorts, her look was iconic and instantly recognized by gamers and public alike. But when Crystal Dynamics took Ms. Croft into their delicate hands, they let her hair down, presenting her with a smart ponytail. For the most part this went largely unnoticed, as it was only on the Legends boxart that you'd spot Laras new do. But with Underworld, CD has decided to do away with the braid completely. A minor detail you'd think, but one that had filled the forums with outrage against the loss of the iconic plait.

When asked recently about this reaction, creative director Eric Lindstrom said that "We feel that Laras look is iconic, but it transcends her poster image". After all it's a womans perogative to change her mind.

Xibalba is ruled by twelve demon lords,who lure people to their court to face a series of deadly trials. Victims must progress through six 'houses' (the Dark house, the cold House. The Jaguar House,the bat House, the Razor House and the Hot House) before facing of these lords in a cinematic showdown.

So these could be mini levels with a theme... with a boss afterwards? :eek:

Iconic: Having a conventional formulaic style.

An "iconic image" is something that retains a certain amount of visual characteristics that are instantly recognizable. Lara can't have an "iconic image" and "transcend the image" at the same time. :o
