I need help getting the next gen to work on my graphics card, I followed the steps on the thread and the Next Gen setting is non greyed out, but when I run it it still comes up with the same message as when I enabled D3D earlier (I have disabled that setting.) Any solutions?

You need to update video drivers and DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c1367bc3-4676-481a-bfaa-5c15d1d7199d&DisplayLang=en), but I can hardly believe you can force Next Gen on Intel 915GM video chip.

^ Indeed, you can't force next gen on Intel 915GM. I believe it's because it lacks Hardware Vertex Shader, which seems to be essential to even force the next gen feature.

You can try SCU (http://www.tombraiderforums.com/showthread.php?t=72117&highlight=startup+configuration+utility), with SCU you can play with outfits that you normally can't, like Young Lara (from the flashback). But if you're talking about graphics, etc, I'm affraid the only improvement you can get may be using this mod (http://www.tombraiderforums.com/showpost.php?p=2962114&postcount=10284) when Zolee releases it.
